Refer to the exhibit. Routers R1 and R3 have been configured with OSPF protocol. The Ethernet link connecting both is fully operational; however the two routers are unable to establish a neighbor relationship. What could be the cause of the problem? NO EXHIBIT HELLO AND DEAD TIMERS ARE NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY
The OSPF area is not configured correctly.
The priority on router R1 must be set higher.
The process ID must be configured in a different way.
The Hello and dead timers are not configured correctly.
The cost on one of the routers must be configured higher.
In order to form an OSPF neighbor relationship, the Hello and Dead timers must be set equal on both routers. The default values of these timers on OSPF are 10 seconds for the Hello timer and 40 seconds for the Dead timer. The Router IDs are also incorrect, but they are not one of the choices.
