Refer to the exhibit. The following configuration has been executed in router RTA and RTB so they can participate in the EIGRP network. However the neighbor relationship cannot be established between the two routers. How can this problem be solved?
Execute a "shutdown" followed by a "no shutdown" on both serial 0 interfaces.
Reconfigure the "metric weights" on RT_B to "0 2 0 1 0 0 1".
Issue the "router eigrp 20" under the global configuration of RT_B.
Execute "no metric weights" under the router sub-configuration of RT_A.
Reconfigure the network statement on both routers to "network 10.1.1.1 0.0.0.255" and "network 10.1.1.2 0.0.0.255".
The K constant values on EIGRP must be identical so that neighbor relationship can be established. In EIGRP metrics calculation, only bandwidth and delay of the interface (default values) are used to calculate the EIGRP metric. If the metric weights (K values) are different, the EIGRP routers will be unable to establish a neighbor relationship. The default K values are the ones used on the RTB configuration. So if the command "no metric weights" is used, the values will be set to their original value.
