Rijndael only uses 128-bit key and goes through 14 rounds.

False
This cipher varies its rounds depending on the key size. For example, a 256-bit key uses 14 rounds, and 128-bit would use 10 rounds. * ** Cipher detail ** - Key sizes 128, 192 or 256 bits - Block sizes 128 bits - Structure Substitution-permutation network - Rounds 10, 12 or 14 (depending on key size)n - Edit: what does this explanation mean...? It is not at all clear.
EDIT: Original Rijndael supports block sizes of 128, 192 or 256 bit and key size also can be 128, 192 or 256. However, Advanced Encryption Standart (AES) which is Rijndael standardized by NSA, has fixed block size of 128 bit. I bet they did it intentionally to be able to decrypt it :)
P.S. I would like to be able to have conversation/comments for each question.
