What does the 'restorecon' command do?
Restore file contexts
Restore selinux policies
Restore file from backup
We already know that selinux works based on file contexts. Once we update or change a file's context. We have to use the restorecon command to apply the context change. The context stays the same even after applying the rule with semanage, unless we run restorecon which would apply the new context on the file. Using this program is a must if you are using selinux.
