You are the network administrator for your company. You want to implement an ACL that uses a centralized device such RADIUS server for the authentication process. What type of ACL should you use?
Dynamic ACL
Standard ACL
Time-based ACL
Reflexive ACL
Dynamic Access List of Lock-and-Key is one of the ACL types. Dynamic ACL uses a centralized authentication server such as TACACS+ and RADIUS for the user authentication process. Users must input their authorized usernames and passwords. Dynamic ACLs are used when a network administrator wants to allow a subset of hosts to access a host on a remote network protected by a firewall. Reflexive ACLs contain only temporary entries; these entries are automatically created when IP sessions start and automatically removed when the session ends. Time-based ACLs take effect based on time, which works best with Network Time Protocol or NTP. Standard ACLs are the oldest type of ACL; they control traffic by comparing source addresses to the address configured in the ACL.
